He is the author of five business books, including The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, which continues to be highlighted on The New York Times, BusinessWeek, Wall Street Journal and USA Today best-seller lists. His other successes include Overcoming the Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Field Guide, Death by Meeting, The Four Obsessions of an Extraordinary Executive and The Five Temptations of a CEO. His much anticipated book, Silos, Politics and Turf Wars, was just released in February, 2006.
