SHED OR YOU'RE DEAD®
HOW TO STAY ALIVE AND THRIVE IN THE MIDST OF HEALTHCARE CHANGE!

Millions of dollars and thousands of hours are lost each year due to the inability to get employees to move forward with healthcare changes. The bottom line: NO organization can thrive unless their people learn how to SHED. The healthcare environment continually demands more and more of us each day. Every time you're faced with another change, regulation, or stressful event, you have a CHOICE -- An opportunity to SHED and grow or allow the change to get you stuck, drain your energy, and hold you and your organization back. Managing smart in turbulent times and leveraging your human capital effectively are two of the most critical skills for today's healthcare professionals.

Imagine every employee in your organization is able to:

• Implement 7 strategies to manage smart and build
resilience despite increased demands.

• Practice the 3 R's of shedding to stay positive, juggle
priorities and avoid feeling overwhelmed.

• Answer 3 critical questions to motivate non-shedders.

• Overcome the number one barrier to effectively manage
rapid change.

• Earn buy-in and support from top healthcare executives.
