The Politics of Hope: Transforming Leadership in Healthcare

Leaders in every industry, from healthcare to politics will benefit from Donna's in-depth outline of the Four Stages of Leadership. Donna describes each stage, outlining our cultural growth at any given time, the basic assumptions of leaders at each level, their motivations and the likely quality of their relationships with others. Once the four stages are explained, Donna goes on to describe how we may evolve to our highest level, setting aside fear and transforming our systems for the sake of generations to come.

Healing Post Partisan Depression in the Healthcare Industry

Many of our heralded systems, from healthcare to government are showing signs of imminent collapse. But there is hope. Through this inspirational, motivational and humorous speech, Donna weaves a story of leadership. She compares our current polarized culture to a developmental stage that has been outgrown without a clear sense of what's next. Consequently, many people within our systems have lapsed into "Post Partisan Depression" (PPD) and work with a sense of resignation. Those being served by the system (or are often not being served) wonder "why bother" and believe the system will never change. In this speech, Donna shows the way out of Post Partisan Depression and into a new stage of hope, creativity and collaboration.
