This presentation covers "The Seven Agreements for Accelerating Collaboration," as a foundation for thinking, interacting and taking action within the collaborative framework. These agreements are the result of over 30 years of study, observation, and application of tools and techniques to increase our ability to collaborate effectively.


Speaker Information

David Emerald is a speaker, executive coach, facilitator, consultant and author. He is the founder of Evolutionary Management and co-founder of the Bainbridge Leadership Center. Evolutionary Management is now the Collective Leadership arm of Bainbridge Leadership Center.

He is the author of The Power of TED (The Empowerment Dynamic). His vast knowledge comes from his experience consulting throughout the U.S. and internationally in a wide variety of industries. David has conducted over one thousand one-on-one feedback surveys, action planning sessions and coaching in his leadership, executive and organization development roles. He has facilitated groups in areas such as strategic visioning and action planning, cross-functional team development, managing change, learning from experience, and organizational capability and competency profiling.

David's specialization is in leadership development. He was the SR Development Consultant for Bank One Corporation's Executive Leadership Development Program, for which he managed and co-facilitated their Leadership Development Program (LDP). He is currently involved in the delivery of the Executive Integral Leadership Program, an innovative program offered by University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business Executive Education.

He currently serves on the advisory board of The Leadership Circle and the board of the Bainbridge Graduate Institute, which offers a groundbreaking MBA in Sustainable Business. He holds a Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
