An inspiring "infoprenuer," Berg is creator of two enterprises devoted to the dissemination of information in the areas of longevity and aging as they relate to housing, health, personal finance, work/balance, and leisure. She is creator of the Wealthbuilder Newsletter, devoted to investor education and now in its ninth year. Wealthbuilder also produces seminars, training and marketing concepts regarding aging and adult life and, under Berg's oversight, created a 50th anniversary event for the Empire State Building in conjunction with the U.S Treasury.
Berg has acted as consultant to numerous financial firms and social service organizations, including New York Life of Greater New Jersey and Hunter College's Brookdale Center on Aging. She has been the spokesperson for the National Coupon Association and Penn Pacific Insurance. She is a founder of the Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and served as Chair of the New York State Bar Association's Subcommittee on Estate Planning. She was recently named to the U.S. Treasury Greater New York Committee for Savings Awareness and is a former board member of the International Association for Financial Planners, among many professional organizations. She holds a J.D. from the New York University School of Law, where she was an Editor of the Law Review.
