We realize that most of you are experts in your area of healthcare and have already had a lot of experience speaking. When we market you to our clients, we are asked for specific information, and if we are unable to provide it, the speaker often does not get booked. Before we can submit you for speaking engagements we need to receive the following information:
- A one-two page biography (a condensed curriculum vitae can also be submitted, but cannot replace the biography)
- A list of clients you have spoken to
- Testimonials from people who have heard you speak (These can be letters or references with a phone number)
- A description of presentations with titles that will interest a healthcare audience. A short synopsis of what is included in the speech should be included. (Please check the website for how we present this information)
- A professional high resolution picture and a low resolution photo for our website - 72 dpi (color preferred)
- Any collateral material, i.e. major articles written by or about you, book you have authored, or audio tape series
- A demo videotape of you speaking (This is very important and must represent your style of speaking. It should be a video of you speaking before an audience. It can include excerpts from previous speeches, interviews on TV shows, audience reactions and the speaker explaining his/her background and topics. The length of the video should be appropriate to the amount of time it takes for you to get your point across.)
- A fee schedule or range
- A list of bureaus who represent you through their web sites.
